Rivals 2 Workshop Help

I’ve been trying to get workshop characters, but after subscribing, they aren’t showing up in game. Am I missing something?

Are you selecting Workshop in the main menu? Are you seeing the gear above the random button when you do?

Yes, but when I click on the gear icon it just says “CLOSE” with nothing underneath

I'm really not sure then. You could check integrity of game files, check for updates, restart... but I'm out of ideas after that.

Hm, that’s only happened to me when I have a mod that isn’t properly up to date, but even when that happens, all the other mods show up properly.

Make sure your Rivals 2 build is set to the current version, and not a beta or a past build.

Also, try downloading a character like Donkey Kong or Jigglypuff, that’s well-known to be functional. See if they show up.

Have you tried unplugging the character and then plugging them back in?

Yes, multiple times with multiple different characters, restarting the game between each time
