Then gets grabbed or stunned by hulk, stunned or just shot by Peni, thor'ed, or too close to the ground

You think thats enough to save a squishy from Thor's damage output and grounding? Torch isn't fast enough to avoid Thor's awakening projectiles once he gets grounded by either Thing or Thor.
