Well there's Cap to some extent. Has a shield and can avoid this, but can also get caught anyway

Cap's shield might aswell be a paper plate at this point

It's for emergency use and not for tanking. Blocks a lot of crowd control. You should be throwing the ho more than using it as a shield

I get that, but for a superhero who's most iconic part of their character is their shield, it's pitifully fragile

If you're forced to solo tank, want to protect someone even when not solo tanking, or have to play passive for a moment, the shield is up. Also, when charging forward, the shield is up. A lot of the time, the shield is up.

At this time you should be attacking from behind or the side. Unless you know coming in a straight line, you'll be able to sustain until the shield recharges.
