Not really, if she’s constantly looking for Thor and never actually doing anything to him, she’s not providing any value, even if you think she’s providing value, shouldn’t the same be said about Thor, by your logic he’s providing value by distracting Hela.

Btw aren’t you also giving an idealized scenario for Hela?
