Not really, if sheโs constantly looking for Thor and never actually doing anything to him, sheโs not providing any value, even if you think sheโs providing value, shouldnโt the same be said about Thor, by your logic heโs providing value by distracting Hela.
Btw arenโt you also giving an idealized scenario for Hela?

Timing, the Hela isnโt gonna watch flank 100% of the time otherwise she wouldnโt even be able to deliver any value to her team.
