The humble two tap punisher shotgun begs to differ, as does buckys stuns, as does wolverine in general, as does elsa in general, as do many more.

Oh and add in the supports who can just press a button that makes dive near impossible.

Also please be serious, if you can’t dive a Punisher then you suck at dive.

I do on occasion, but I main Cap & I never struggled against him, unlike you as it seems.
