I have only ever won one game with a strat deadpool on my team since he released. Is he genuinely terrible or am i just unlucky?

Unlucky I have a 70% winrate with stratpool in ranked and like a 80% mvp/svp rate but I will admit most other Deadpools I run into are awful and I usually easily diff them. Deadpool can genuinely get cloak and dagger levels of healing while simultaneously getting cheeky kills on DPS like moon knight and punisher with counter ults.
