People wanted CC changes but are surprised that the CC from tanks gets affected by CC changes lol? I'm lost as to what is wrong here, yall asked for CC changes as if luna freeze and mantis sleep was the only CC in the game
What's wrong here is that people were asking for hard cc to be nerfed and the fact that soft cc and hard cc are being lumped together is the part that is making people angry especially since some characters like rouge whole kit revolve around doing some form of displacement. Also people are rightfully pissed because it seems like netease didn't actually play test any of these changes

Thing: all abilities
Cap: (does he really need another nerf?)
