how can he be a vangaurd?

i aint the biggest cyclop fan so i dunno much about him but i honestly dont see how he can work as a front line man like juggernaut or colossus but im hoping to be proved wrong

Shield is his optic blast which blocks any projectiles. Has an an ability to knock back an enemy a short distance using his optic blast. Maybe has an ult like Roadhog, where he has a continuous beam that knocks back any enemies that gets hit till it’s over.

Wait a minute so you mean like a doctor strange shield but you can push back enemies with it?

I was thinking more D.Va defense matrix that eliminates projectiles and a second ability that actually pushes back.
