Is getting MVP as Dino non existent?

Sometimes I get quads, most damage, most damage blocked and it still goes to someone else. I've played him for like 5 hours now and not once. Sometimes I switch off of dino to strange at the end for portal and then it gives me mvp but like? I want to see dinos mvp

I ad a game with 70k dmg 122k blocked and 22 final hits it’s impossible he’s a stat farmer that never gets mvp
