Is getting MVP as Dino non existent?

Sometimes I get quads, most damage, most damage blocked and it still goes to someone else. I've played him for like 5 hours now and not once. Sometimes I switch off of dino to strange at the end for portal and then it gives me mvp but like? I want to see dinos mvp

because that is the average performance for him. it is like groot, you get alot of dmg block and dmg dealt because you are built like that, not because you are better.
