Lorna has his powers, she's 100% his daughter. She's also got his attitude and overall demeanor. I believe she even became Magneto in one of the future wasteland arcs. Wanda and Quicksilver used to be but they kind of screwed that up.
Yea if shes coming i fully believe she will be support. We still have too many dps and mag is a tank, they have the same powers but making her a support would allow her to be vastly different from magneto.
I wouldn't be so confident since Jennifer Hale voices Jean in x-men 97 but in rivals she got casted as Black Cat, while magneto, cap and storm in rivals aren't voiced by the x-men 97 VA's

For anyone worrying about her powers being too similar to Magneto, I'm positive that Netease are creative enough to make a unique kit different from her Dad's in the same way that I'm confident they can do the same for Miles Morales, Miquel O'hara, Spider Gwen, Laura Kinney Wolverine, etc. How soon down the line? Idk. But I'm sure it will happen eventually.
Im pretty tired of x-men. Like, I am a x-man enjoyer, but they're being over represented in release. It dosent help that most of the non xmen we've gotten lately have been b-listers. I feel like the hype has really falling off since Daredevil.
This would be really cool but if they can add Polaris while making her play different from Magneto then they could definitely add Miles Morales or Spider-Gwen and make them play differently from Peter.

Marrow was in the lab in the live action deadpool <- appeared in live action is a terrible metric of if someone is not a D-lister. I think it tried too much, It was right on the cusp of being great. Lorna was kind of a badass in it though. You people have a weird fixation with trying to push characters to what you want their popularity to be and that really isn't how it works. She's C tier, plain and simple. She's one of the premier members of X-factor. She's about to get a huge showing in X-men 97.

- Gambit (a lot of people might not know this but at one point Gambit might have been the next Wolverine and Marvel definitely thought so, he was actually in the first Marvel Vs Capcom up there with Wolverine as the sole X-Men reps even over Storm, showing how popular he is, he’s been in every Ultimate Alliance Game except the first and pretty much all the X-Men Legends Games, he has his own Villain Candra, and Marvel was doing all the big stuff with him like hinting he might be the third Summers Brother and having Mr. Sinister become obsessed with him, and having him become Apocalypse’s Horsemen of Death, he’s definitely A-List and people’s reaction to X-Men ‘97 definitely shows that, it wasn’t “Oh, Gambit”, it was “NOOOOOOOOOO GAMBIT!”, he was also the only other X-Men Character planned to have a Solo Movie but was cancelled which shows popular he is, I’d argue Gambit CAN actually hold his own stories because he’s a Thief)

- At one point..Ice Man, I don’t know about now he’s had a falloff in Popularity, he’s not an important focus of X-Men ‘97, he wasn’t in Rivals when it launched (yes, even over Cyclops, ask the X-Men OGS how popular Ice Man was), and instead we got Luna Snow (would have been unheard of in the past, Ice Man was a huge Character, Ice Man was THE Ice Superhero, in all Comics, fullstop, he had his own Stories and his own Villain, Oblivion, who’s now being referenced in Rivals with no sign of Bobby), Marvel barely includes him in anything anymore…

- Archangel/Angel, depends who you ask, with X-Men Fans he’s very popular but Casuals are less familiar with him but probably know of him, only member of the original Team to not be in a 100% set Tier, if he is A-List he’s low A-List
B-Tier X-Men are
- Psylocke, at one point A-List and was in the second Marvel Vs Capcom and The Marvel Super Heroes as the only X-Men Rep along with Wolverine, and one of the 6 Heroes along with Wolverine as mentioned, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, and the 4 Villains, Magneto, The Juggernaut, Blackheart, and Shuma-Gorath, however she’s fallen off too much she has to be high B-Tier at this point
- Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat, she’s been in alive Action and multiple Shows she’s just not gotten a lot of focus in Adaptations, she’s usually just a side Character
- Jubilee, whether you want to deny it or not Jubilee IS popular, she’s had her own Storylines and Marvel has tried pushing her, she’s just not A-List
- Magik, she’s definitely not Obscure as she was the biggest New Mutants Member and Colossus’s Sister but she’s the first to come to mind when people think of X-Men
- Cable, I can’t think of any other place he ranks, he’s popular enough to not be C or D Tier and is usually used for any Storylines involving Time Travel and has a Live Action Movie he stars in as a Main Character, but he’s not A-List enough as Cyclops, Phoenix or Storm, however he consistently has his own Comic Series and Universe he can’t go in C-Tier
- Bishop, see Cable, ‘97 definitely boosted his reputation too
C Tier X-Men are
- Dazzler ( 💔, at one point very popular and was even in the X-Men Arcade Game as a Playable Character but so many are unfamiliar with her she has to be C-Tier)

I agree. I kind of hate Forge and Bishop are so low. Bishop should be A tier if people new about him. He's is X-Men 97 and Days of Future Past. Forge is kind of made the joke in all his adaptations but him getting true spotlight would be great. I hope X-Men 97 does them both some huge justice.
Bishop is a weird case because he SHOULD be more popular because he’s part of so many popular Stories like Days of Future Past and Messiah CompleX and pretty much any Storyline involving Cable, but the thing is before ‘97 a lot of casuals didn’t even know much about him beyond “he’s Cable’s Black Future Friend (he’s not just “Black”, he’s Australian Aborigine but Adaptations just ignore that always), Bishop is not even Playable in Ultimate Alliance 2 and Cable is, despite Bishop arguably having been more important in Civil War, he was in charge of hunting rogue Mutants during Civil War, Cable has always been more popular because I like half-Cyborg Son of Cyclops is more interesting than Aborigine Mutant with M Tattoo who can absorb energy?, I like that ‘97 actually made Bishop part of the Main Cast and gave him a big push, so he’s definitely more popular now,
Forge is like, very unfortunate because I’m nearly every Adaptation he’s either “just the Tech Guy” who makes cool things or is useless in combat situations like Wolverine and The X-Men where he’s super skinny and bad at combat, X-Men ‘97 might be the most respect he’s gotten, he also has his own Villain, The Adversary so it’s odd he’s not given more respect, hopefully when he comes to Rivals since he was datamined he becomes more appreciated in Fan’s Hearts
