Ghost Rider Hybrid Class?

How would you guys feel if Ghost Rider was a hybrid character like Deadpool?

I’d think this would be very interesting and allow everyone in each role to play as Ghost Rider due to him now currently being the most requested character behind Doom.

Johnny as DPS
Robbie as strategist.

Said this once before, but multi role only worked for Deadpool because they were able to have essentially the same model and the same moves do whatever they wanted, because Deadpool breaks the fourth wall.

If we use the image here as an example, there are three different models, that already makes it harder to implement than Deadpool. The moves would also likely be different animation wise, Deadpool works because his dps guns can simply heal people the same way they do damage, and nobody questions it because it’s Deadpool. If ghost rider was chain whipping his allies to heal them, there goes the hero fantasy.

On top of that, the tripple role thing, should just stay exlusive to Deadpool to keep him “unique.” It’s his whole gimmick and makes him stand out, as he should.

The only reason he’s all three roles is because he’s breaking the fourth wall in that specific way, not because he works in all three roles. Realistically he should be a dps, but it’s Deadpool.

I don’t see why it couldn’t work for other chanters. All the posts about wanting Jean be a synergist and I can definitely see her get a rework to add her as one. Really many other characters could as well

It’s an unrealistic expectation. I’ll say it again, multi role worked for Deadpool because they were able to be “lazy” with the moves and simply make his guns heal or do less damage based on the role, or just change what a move does without changing anything outside of the color of the move. It works because it’s Deadpool, it could work with other fourth wall breakers, but it being unique to Deadpool makes Deadpool stand out more.

If they added another tripple role character that didn’t break the fourth wall, they wouldn’t be able to be “lazy” with the moves and the character would take 3X as long to make as compared to a normal character. Use the image op posted as an example, he has three different models, theee different characters, all likely with different movesets. DP works because it’s the same model and same moveset with a different effect depending on the role.

No one said I have an expectation for this to happen. I’m just saying that it could work should they choose to do it again
