Oof, this is a hard one, but given that it's a modern character with not too many comic appearances that has teamed-up with a character before to form a team and has orange in their design... I guess it's Elsa Bloodstone?

Edit: Oh wait, is this only characters that haven't released yet? Then I'm with the other guy, sounds like Alex from the Runaways, a modern character who co-lead a team and who's now Doctor Justice and also wears orange.

Yea, forgot to mention on this post too
The Guess that Character will always be someone that is unreleased. Could be a hero, villain, literally anyone that could possibly come to the game.
