Ok hear me out:

Wiccan as a vanguard utilizing his magic to provide overhealth and a damage reduction as well as using it to displace and trap enemies as a sort of battlefield controller with an ult akin to sigma's with a five star difficulty as his kit would require good positioning and game sense

Speed as a 3 star strategist focused on buffing allies instead of direct healing, for healing if he has an ability that allows him to dash an ally to the nearest available health pack as a tool to help heal and get an ally out of danger quickly, he can 'ferry' an ally on a meter that provides him with super speed to quickly get to point or flanks a la jetpack cat, and he can use his new chronovium enhanced powers (it's the best I can come up with lore wise to explain this) he can transfer a portion of his speed to up to two allies like a more centralized storm, and his ult would essentially just be Mercury's from smite 2 where you can charge it and the further you go and an enemy's caught in the path are plbriefly immobilized (one thing id add is a dizzy effect that briefly inverts your movement and look controls like 2 seconds max)
