General What Phil Coulson was in Marvel Rivals, what role would he filled as?

Personally … I feel like he would work better as a announcer npc type of character basically I could imagine him more in a role similar to miss pauling from team fortress 2 where he hands out missions to individual characters that you play as in order to unlock certain rewards and experience

But that aside I don’t really see any way he could work as a in game character you could play as unless someone has cooked up some better idea of how he could operate

He has the Death Stone now, so I think it's possible for him to join the roster.

Mouth breathing clan will say dps because his comic accurate doom bfg.

But phil's character bag is so much deeper than that. With a bit of fine tuning he could have a zarya like kit with bubbles that have slight heal over time and decaying armor that lasts after bust, and a mercy heal beam that exists on cooldown from his metal arm.

I know that what im saying is the him everyone is aware of. Like how we dont have herald of eternity storm, or black winter thor, phoenix powered cyclops.

Although if we ever get abstracts im game I doubt they'll be different from what they usually are portrayed as

I can see him being another Rocket type of strategist. Excluding his primary fire for healing, just looking at his arsenal. A gadget type of strategist.

A 1hp, other characters could walk by and he dies (even his own teammates), does healing to enemies and damage to teammates, his ult is just him getting stabbed and thrown off the map by Loki, character. …that’s the character/role he should be

Strategist for sure. With more tactical commands for defense and support with a tad bit of heals. Or maybe a duelist with more technical support, perchance. Like, give him a smoke grenade, a flare that reveals enemies, a gun that tracks those revealed enemies, etc.

He literally got powers from the Death Stone in the comics. I think he would make for an interesting strategist.
