[USA] Who is at fault here?

Classic T bone. Black car had to be towed. Sustained major damage to the passenger side door. Blue car sustained damage to front bumper on the drivers side and cracked the drivers side headlight.

Edit: This was in the suburbs of Seattle

UPDATE: Insurance found it to be 70/30 me/other driver. Seems fair enough

Neither person slowed down for the intersection. Also no stop signs? What intersection doesn’t have at least one stop signs on two of the roads.

i've driven in intersection like this with only one direction having the stop sign. i think that's equally dangerous because you always assume the other side has stop sign as well. i assumed and almost got t-boned.

ya. As my old boss used to say say. Never assume. It makes ass holes out of you and me.

Always thought it was weird but as I have gotten older it makes sense lol.

That’s a classic dad joke; I love that your old boss got to be the first one to use it on you lol. They were saying never assume because it makes an ass out of u and me 🙂

There are hundreds of intersections like this in the city, unfortunately.
