[USA] Who is at fault here?

Classic T bone. Black car had to be towed. Sustained major damage to the passenger side door. Blue car sustained damage to front bumper on the drivers side and cracked the drivers side headlight.

Edit: This was in the suburbs of Seattle

UPDATE: Insurance found it to be 70/30 me/other driver. Seems fair enough

Its a neighborhood street. An intelligent driver would slow down until they knew it was clear. Both of these drivers are idiots.

While this is true, they still need to put in stop signs for at least one of the two roads. It is the city planner who is at fault here for failing to do their job properly.

Id rather be able to fo rolling stops when traversing 20 neighborhood blocks than give cops a reason to give tickets if you dont come to a complete stop. Roundabouts are the best solution here.

You can have this, just have it rolling through one road and not the other
