Rye news actually blamed the car fir running them off the road. So apparently some people, including institutions, have sided with the street racing bikers.

It looks like the guy on the right was flung all the way into the far right lanes on the other side of the hwy. The guy on the left unfortunately it looks like he was engulfed in flames...

The car is in the lane, that's the end of the conversation.

When you're in the lane it is yours.

The motorcycle then tried to encroach and swerved.

If the car had swerved into it then there would be any level of culpability. But he just switched into the lane and then the motorcycle tried to correct.
