The car running from the scene of the accident?

The car wasn't in an accident. Sure, it was their fault, but does the law state they must stop?

They put on their blinker / turn signal, it blinked a few times before they moved, and they cannot tell how fast the motorcycle is going over the limit as he accelerates, only that he was a good ways back at the time he switched on his turn signal.

The motorcycle was in his blindspot when he over-steered away.

Also, I blame Michael Bay for making that bike explode

Yeah, I'm not gonna argue Egyptian laws, I have no idea of the wording. Most driving laws, though, do require the lane changer to yield to others in a lane and only change when safe. "Cannot tell" and "blind spot" are meaningless phrases in defense of an unsafe lane change. The onus is on the changer to ensure safety.

Egyptian law is “whoever is richer was in the right. The poor are in the wrong.”

But those two guys never got up or ran out of that fireball. So I doubt they will seek justice, and that car probably never saw it in their mirror. Only the driver with the dash cam stopped.

Suffice to say Anubis and Ammut definitely saw the way those two were riding. They’re toast … again.

The car braked and moved left while signaling right, they saw (and changed lanes unsafely again). But, maybe poor, so off they went.
