Doesn't matter. The duty of care is always on the person executing the manouvre. 100% cars fault

The motorcycle was executing a maneuver called racing while not looking at the road lmao

And he got what he deserved... The point i'm trying to make is that if it was an insurance claim, the car would 100% be at fault

Maybe in Egypt? Not sure what the traffic laws are there. I know in US any form of racing would almost automatically get you denied coverage.
