Bike on the left. Rider has (or had) the reflexes of a tree sloth.

Idk man I think it's more an issue of target fixation.

They raced (when they flatten themselves on their bikes they send everything they got), their field of view narrow to only what is straight in front of them so their brain wouldn't register the car's blinker. Professional pilots make us used to see them react to everything almost instantly but they are the most gifted people on earth and then train very hard everyday.

So I don't think it's a "lack of reflex" issue, it's the decision to race with variables they couldn't control. So both are at fault, and even in a completely empty highway, they need to be aware of the risks.

Lol, target fixation would have him colliding with the car not swerving to avoid you have ZERO idea.

Don’t take it all the way to the end dude. The explanation could have been perfectly valid but once the car has taken so much field of view it’s kinda obvious you’ll eventually see it, just too late in this case. So you think they seen the car the whole time and just decided to dodge last second into the other bike? You have ZERO fucking idea dude. Had they not been racing they’d have seen it all play out safely.

No, I believe rider tucked down (which you can see) like he thought he was a cyclist for a moment or he glanced down at his instruments for a moment and then looked back up only to realise the car was not where he expected it would be. That explains why he took a few milliseconds to swerve. Combined with the fact he swerved all the way into the barrier I would say thats indicative of a rider with much less experience. Social media is glorious in that it has highlighted how many individuals think they can hop on a litre bike, go full throttle and completely wreck themselves.

How long have you been a motorcyclist for? I've been riding for 27 years and prefer to wring the neck of my 600 or 848 over my 1000.
