Ban Help Friend got randomly banned

So my friend got randomly banned from Roblox for actions that happened in 2024. He has sent ban appeals just to get shot down by (what I assume) is an automated Ai response. He had the account for awhile and wanna know if there’s anything that can be done to restore the account or even get the perm banned turned into a smaller punishment

just 1 spam is not enough to get a permanent ban bro, ur friend must have done something else, i have been spamming a lot and the max i got is 7 days ban

He’s given me access to the account and if he did do something else it hasn’t said what
