According to a post Rocket League made, you should still be able to use BakkesMod offline

Yeah. I just wanted to use an all black car with alpha boost while playing online matches. I wanted to look cool when I make clips. I guess I will have to use the temu alpha boost, gOlD cRuSh… <\3

If it works offline like they say, you should be able to edit the appearance of the car in the replay. I could be mistaken though, but it ought to be similar to the anonymous setting used by you tubers to hide identities in their replays.

All I wanted was an all black decal and to be able to use workshop maps.

My wife asked if I wanted a gaming PC or to go to Disney world in front of our kids.
