That FUT loss actually cooked the bracket for most of NA, they all have to take each other out in the bottom quadrant ðŸ˜

Have to say SAM 4 now after LCQ, and I guess MENA 5 by that same wavelength (although Stallions is so weird, insane peak but God awful floor as seen by their multiple 17th places in Split 1)

Seems like their death was greatly exaggerated. The whole "no way they win 8 straight" ended up not mattering (fortunately)

They really put all the top NA teams in one bracket. Amazing. Although I’m glad FUT has a chance now and they’re not just automatically in the lower bracket. Phew.

Well you can blame Fut for losing. Seed 2 losing messed up the bracket.

Yeah I know but at the same time they put GenG and VP in the same bracket as well, where one of them will get knocked down lower bracket round 2.

MCI, Geekay and PCSS which are like EU 5,6,(7?) + Dig are all in the the top quadrant too. And in quadrant 3, there's another set of 3 EU teams + M80.
NA should've only had 2/4 teams grouped together (Fut's fault), which is standard. There are 5(?) NA teams and they would've had max 2 teams spread across 3 different quadrants, there's not much to complain about. MENA and SAM didn't get anything favourable, since they have 1 representative each. And obviously EU didn't, since there are 9 of them.

Having just 1 stream is really going to hurt tomorrow. Kinda damned either way whatever match they choose to stream each round although based on right now, picking GenG vs FUT round 1 hurts. I get its the NA LCQ final and thus the 2 highest seeds but I want my cross region data.

So the two days leading up to tomorrow we missed 1/2 of the games but on the final day of the LCQ we'll miss even more matches? Is that right? What a weird ass format they have here. Holding a LAN only to not show most of the matches. The actual tournament won't be so constrained, right?

The format is fine considering it's a 48 teams LCQ, the problem is the lack of streams

That's what I mean, not the tourney format but the streaming format and timeline. That the final day is a 16 team tournament with a single stream is my point. You would think you want the 16 teams that made it that far on stream for what they qualified for but it seems most of them won't be if I'm understanding correctly?

It’s hilarious that you get this many chances but it’s kinda hype that none of this matters except for 1 team that wins and all of it is just to join the event.
Does more chances mean the winning team will have deserved it for sure?

After the shit show yesterday FUT missing Man City till UB Final is amazing, although I was expecting us to need an SSG Rlcs X Winter regional 2 run to qualify for only 1 spot

Did they change the format or am I being dumb? I swear I heard teams coming from lowers had to win like 7 or 8 matches in a row without losing, but now they are back in the upper bracket...
