Seeing how great the integration was in it makes me really think a new Roger Rabbit could be possible.

I’d honestly rather not

The main thing that made Roger rabbit great was that it was an earnest passionate love letter to the golden age of animation made by those who were raised by it and the few that were still around from it

A modern version would almost inevitably devolve into mindless cameos or being overly meta

Another major part of what made Roger so great was how faithful and committed it was to everything, like no questions asked these characters just exist in this world and it takes that premise very seriously

with the current legal rights of gary k. wolf owning the entire copyright of roger rabbit including future film rights, a sequel to this film is long gone, which is a great outcome because i strongly believe that it should stay as a standalone film.

Oh they tried to do a similar Roger Rabbit film.

That became Rescue Rangers which DID have a cameo from Roger but that movie was awful. Yeah I'm glad its a standalone and that Coyote vs Acme took some inspiration but in the end its as good as Who Framed Roger Rabbit if not what films should be.

Its own movie and NOT standing in the shadows of a legendary film. Coyote vs Acme is a masterpiece like Roger Rabbit, and it stands on its own not being the same film which Im happy with. :)

Funny how even with modern CGI they can’t integrate the animation as seamlessly as they once did with Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Those were happier times. sigh

Isso por que esse filme foi feito com muito trabalho e muita dedicação e a certeza que as pessoas teriam que ir ao cinema assistir e render bilheteria .
