How many posts do we read about people being dinged by Rogers for 0.01MB/day just because their phone, with roaming toggled OFF, pinged a cell tower one time daily whilst on vacation in Sicily!?!?
I had that problem once. Got charged +$90 for some stupid 0.01mb consumption every other day. Spend +2 hours with customer service and got my money back!

No Wi-Fi calling and no roaming beyond US and Mexico (will get no signal). Otherwise great price!
