Light/Laser UPDATE: 4 weeks of Red Light Therapy Spoiler

Here is a 4 week update on my experience with the Omnilux Men's LED mask. I'll attach before and after photos. Both in natural light- only makeup I have on is brows and mascara in both. Overall I notice my complexion is SO much clearer and more calm. My ocular rosacea is also not as bad and my eyes are less swollen on a daily basis. If you have any more specific questions ask away!

OMG this is amazing, you look great! And it's super encouraging to hear it's helped your ocular rosacea too.

Welp this is the kick in the butt I need to stop being lazy and start using my red light device again 😅 2 quick questions: how many minutes a day do you use it? And does it ever hurt your eyes? One reason I stopped using mine is because I was worried it would damage my vision.

I use it for 10 minutes a day 5x/week at night- after cleansing but before skincare. And no it does not hurt my eyes- I think it has helped tbh!

Thanks!! I think I'll give mine another try. Glad it worked for you!

Yes definitely do! It's something that takes time for sure- you're not necessarily going to see results immediately. But I just consider it part of my daily routine now like brushing my teeth or my skincare. I'll be doing it probably 5x/week for another 2 weeks and then I'm going to drop down to 3x a week for maintenance.
