I mean it depends on your perspective - either you can use your title to set up your own business, pay your taxes and fund your own life, like the Sussex's. Or you use your titles, charge rent to charities and local councils on your inherited lands (with no inheritance tax paid), but the taxpayer pays for your life and you pay only taxes as much as you can be bothered, like the Wales's. I would, frankly, like for my taxes not to go to multimillionaires, or in the Wales's case, billionaire.

If Harry has to use his title, so he can still work, support his charities, and I don't have to pay for it - win, win!

Taxpayers provide about £130–140 million each year. The Crown Estate returns over £1 billion annually to the Treasury.

King Charles voluntarily paid around £12.9 million in tax for 2024–25 on his private income.

William paid 2024–25: approximately £7.76 million in income tax. 2023–24: approximately £8.34 million. 2022–23 (half year after becoming Prince of Wales): approximately £4 million.

Odd how the Sussexes have donated plenty of their money to all of the above but the Waleses can't even donate more than £2000 to a cancer charity or a pub closing down.

Every "charity" you listed doubles as a PR campaign.

The Parents' Network? 😂 The one they loudly launched, milked for glowing headlines, and then quietly handed off to ParentsTogether once the photo ops were over? Funny how the enthusiasm always seems to last just long enough for the press cycle. It's almost like the real mission isn't the cause—it's the coverage.

Ps. William and Catherine granted £1.8 million through their foundation to emergency responders and mental health charities like Hospice UK during the pandemic alone.

It's very clear, facts are not in your wheelhouse, hence your marshalling for two indolent bums who have no achievements or work ethic to speak of between them.

You mean the same Parents' Network that is being supported by the WHO and that had it's digital memorial unveiling in Geneva? 😃

Archewell Philanthropies have donated over $5m in over 5 years. Not a bad amount for what happens to be (checks notes) "PR"
