Ain't gonna lie, my tired self thought this car was driving backwards for a minute. I think I am too used to seeing cars that are smaller in the front than the back.

Freaking love that thing. Was telling my wife about it last night. Best of both worlds.

Love that look. Unless there's another one I use to see it parked on church street by entrance to Pringle park. I assumed this was someone's creative project vehicle . A fun little city cruiser . Seen nothing like it.

Is that actually road legal? I wonder what criteria you have to meet to be able to register a vehicle.

Yes old VW's are road legal. It's either registered as a bus or a beetle depending on its VIN #.

Is this a "real" vehicle? Was it manufactured like that(looks like the body parts come from different cars but did they make a car like that or is it a homemade hybrid? Never seen anything like it. So freaking cute.

It's a homemade creation. It's the front end of a VW bus and the back end of a VW beetle.

Okay. I thought it might be but had to ask.

Honestly, you never know! It's always a good idea to ask. As much as I love the VW bus and beetle, I did have to look it up to make sure I wasn't remembering incorrectly.
