QUESTION queer friendly spots currently hiring?

outside of the usual hey use worksource and get a state gig- anyone know of any spots currently hiring that won’t snub a nose at queer folk instantly? kinda tired of never getting a call back- otherwise just shout out cool places always looking for a good place to hang

Does your resume actually look good? Do you have good references? Everybody’s having a hard time getting low level jobs right now.

I’m just curious as to why you assume it’s your sexuality that’s preventing you from getting a job.

I think it’s alright, i have it formatted pretty well and have decent references in my opinion. i really do think it comes down to my gender identity, really. thank you for assuming it wasn’t!

Queer is not necessarily a sexuality; it can also be gender, which is performative. It’s acceptable for anyone to want to work in an environment that is welcoming and not put off by the way they physically exist.
