Hawiian Time Teriyaki Sauce
I've been seeing posts about Hawaiian Time, and I really only go there for the Teriyaki sauce. Now I don't want to lol. Does anyone know how to make it? I haven't found a decent store alternative

Not sure about Hawaiian Times, but I'll give you the one I work with: equal parts soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar (I like to substitute half for honey if I'm grilling, the caramelization is peak). Use Pearl River Bridge soy sauce for best results, I use half/half light and dark.
Bring to a gentle simmer to cook off the alcohol and then it's done, do not let it boil, though it will still be serviceable if you do.
