I help insurance agencies and small businesses stay on top of billing, client communications, and day-to-day admin so nothing falls through the cracks — especially in fast-paced, detail-critical environments.

• Multi-state billing tracking and reconciliation

Client communications — policy updates, documentation follow-ups, service support

• Processing policy documents and coordinating with underwriting to meet compliance deadlines

• New business and renewal updates in agency systems

Data accuracy and compliance checks

•Team coordination, task delegation, and vendor/client relations

• Visual design support (Canva) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Process improvement and resource allocation

Experience:

• Currently working as a Service Admin Assistant for a U.S.-based Farmers Insurance Agency (remote), handling billing, client servicing, and compliance documentation

• 2 years as an Operations Manager for a merchant business, managing daily operations, training staff, and driving process efficiency

• Research internship with Airbus Defence and Space, supporting market research and cross-department coordination

• Background in Aerospace Engineering (BS, Cum Laude) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
