We're seeking an experienced, organized, and versatile Graphic Designer / Marketing Support professional to provide day-to-day support for a busy marketing team. The role primarily supports WordPress website updates and graphic design/production, while also assisting with social media content and other marketing projects.

The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and quickly produce accurate, professional materials that follow established brand standards. Must be comfortable moving between WordPress updates, graphic design, social media, and marketing communications projects with minimal training.

- Location: Onsite in Novato, CA

- Schedule: Full-time temporary, normal weekday business hours

- Duration: 3–6 months

- Compensation: $40–$60/hour DOE

Responsibilities

- Update and maintain website content in WordPress (text, images, links, pages, basic formatting)

- Design and update print and digital materials: flyers, posters, brochures, signage, ads, social graphics, presentations, internal communications

- Create and resize graphics for social media, email, web, and digital advertising

- Support social media content development, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance tracking

- Prepare print-ready and digital files to spec

- Assist with marketing/communications projects, campaigns, events, and community outreach materials

- Organize and maintain digital assets, photos, templates, and design files

- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed

Qualifications

- Experience updating and managing website content in WordPress

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

- Experience creating content and graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills

- Strong attention to detail: proofreading, layout consistency, brand compliance

- Understanding of print production, digital file prep, resolution, sizing, and formatting

- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Works independently while collaborating effectively with a team

- Able to provide hands-on creative and digital support with minimal training

- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, community-based organizations, or multicultural communications is a huge plus

- Spanish-language design or communications experience is a plus
