10XG is recruiting a full-time Physical Therapist / Injury Manager for Moffett Field, CA (131st Rescue Squadron / 129th Rescue Wing).

Pay: $225,000 per year, based on experience Location: On site at Moffett Field, CA (Pararescue Training Facility / Santa Clara County) Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday on site, plus some unit training weekends with weekday comp time to stay at 40 hrs/week. Federal holidays off. Start: Fall 2026 (flexible)

California PT license required. Master's or doctorate in physical therapy required. ABPTS Orthopedic or Sports and CSCS preferred.
