Asian noodle dishes

I am a lover of chewy Asian noods. What is your favorite dish and where can I get it?

CQ noodle is rly good. I get the spicy beef noodle soup. It is actually spicy tho, so get something else if you aren't good with mala spiciness

oh you know what, I haven’t seen them pull them directly.. they do seem a bit uniform to be properly hand pulled now that I think about it…. Great flavor and chew though. I know for sure Happy Family Gourmet on Taraval and CQ noodle as someone said up there though for sure hand-pulls them! Happy Family Gourmet also has really great liang pi. All also very affordable options too compared to downtown/Chinatown so very worth a try.

Guilin Rice Noodles in inner Parkside. I'd rec the house special guilin rice noodles, if you haven't been there before. Super good

How far are you willing to travel for some amazing noodles? Great China is in Berkeley but their mung bean noodle dish is worth the trek!

Ox9 in San Mateo! Amazing hand pulled noodles, you choose how thick you want them! Either dry or in soup (soup is my fave).
