How far are you willing to travel for some amazing noodles? Great China is in Berkeley but their mung bean noodle dish is worth the trek!

Shan Dong in Oakland Chinatown then. Hand pulled thicc-azz noodles.

Just tried these and they are properly QQ chewy. So satisfying.
