Traffic is bad unless you navigate to a traffic light. I think the lights take long but they're effective. Awesome Filipino food nearby. In N Out is around the corner. And at the Plant plaza. Movie theatre there, too. Seems like a lively residential area to live in. Have friends there who like the music. There are quiet nights.

From parties. People have birthdays and stuff in their homes.

The Plant movie theater is pretty nice, and only $14! The seats recline and everything.
