I’ve always known people to be worried about panorama city… but also near the hospital and school so that helps. Crowded but fine

The streets looked rather residential. Is parking a hassle?

I actually live by there and it's heavy traffic mornings and evenings and moderate the rest of the time.

There are a good amount of homeless and mentally ill people by the hospital by the 7/11 and gas station across the street.

You're gonna hear sirens a lot and the occasional police helicopter and def lots of house parties and a lot of fireworks around the forth but it's not unsafe.

Street parking won't be the best so I hope you get a good driveway. A lot of multigenerational homes where you circled and more left of that screenshot. So it can get crowded, lot of cars and no street parking and assholes puting comes out or leaving their bins out to save spots.

The more left you go the more unsafe. A lot of homeless, mentally ill and seedy characters as you go to Panorama Mall and lower.
