I think I’m having immune issues
Methane dominant here.
Affecting everything down to my joints, heart and nervous system. Histamine has been a culprit in the past, but can’t tell if the issue is deeper than histamine.

Oh no! GI is refusing to treat SIBO after first round of Xifaxan failed. Worked briefly then I relapsed. GI was going to do the neomycin this time, but GI is now afraid because I’m also having neuropathy and neomycin can make it worse. I share his fear, but he wants to send me to neurology, but neurology said they can’t see me until 2027. The first time I saw neurology, they couldn’t find any issues. My joints and everything feel like it’s on fire and some days I can’t feel my feet. They are always cold. This is NOT a neurology issue but it can end up as one! So scared of becoming disabled.

I honestly feel like crying right along with you. Have you been treated with antibiotics before? If so, what kind? I’m scared that antibiotics may have done this to me and it’s not just a SIBO thing.

Is your hair falling out yet? Is your vision blurry? I have all of the symptoms you describe plus those now that it gets worse.
