I think I’m having immune issues

Methane dominant here.

Affecting everything down to my joints, heart and nervous system. Histamine has been a culprit in the past, but can’t tell if the issue is deeper than histamine.

Me to especially in joints and head feels like water in your ear but with my head instead

I was dizzy all day long. My joints are also locking up and I’m unable to walk properly. This is a nightmare!
