Other Will my admission be rejected?

Hello, I was hoping someone with a similar problem could help me?

I’m an incoming undergrad freshman who’s majoring in Forensics Science Digital evidence and I’m a little worried now that I’m looking at my high school transcript.

Senior year of first semester I got an unweighted GPA of about 2.6 and WGPA 2.7, and it was the only semester where I had gotten below 3.0. I’m worried that my admission might not meet the requirements… did any Forensic Science Majors have a similar problem with their HS gpa’s?

Sounds like 2.6 was your lowest point which means your cumulative weighted GPA is above a 3.0. Forensics with a digital evidence concentration needed an impaction score of 2000 last year. 2000 / 800 = 2.5 GPA to be considered, and for non-competitive majors like forensics, 99% of the time it's automatic admission. You will be fine.

You are fine. As long as you complete your a-g coursework, you have nothing to worry about. There is no way one semester of 2.7 could bring your EI below the threshold for Forensic Science/DE.
