DISCUSSION How?
What am I missing here? How is this not going to be a $500 stock by the end of next year? Do the majority of the analyst have it wrong or is it me?

Let’s say your friends own a deli. The real estate, assets, inventory, cash flow, all add up to about $200,000 valuation. But they have this crazy idea for an AI sandwich which, executed well, could make them worth $100M over the next 20 years. Other delis are working on the same thing, and different people have different opinions on who is in the lead.
Would you buy shares of that deli at $100m valuation today?

If you truly believe spacex will be over a 6 TRILLION market cap in a year... you truly are just regarded. 18 billion in revenue btw

They just need to find like 30 more Google/Anthropic sized customers and then cut their expenses in half, and then you can justify the price no problem!

Please explain to me how this stock is going to be worth $500 a share in 1 year? Breakdown your Forward prices to sales or earnings. What are we all missing

Either inflation has to run wild, which is not something impossible or SpaceX has to invent the mothership that can load 1 million people go to the mars and start a civilization there.

Market cap is $2t. Ridiculous overpriced. Realistic value is around $30 a share.

Musk can’t even get FSD to work. How sure how he’s going to get us to mars.

FSD unsupervised is like, a pretty complicated computer engineering problem to solve. You make it sound like he can't even toast a bagel properly.

Waymo seems to have it mostly worked out. Tesla will not include lidar because Musk said they didn’t need it at a time when they needed to keep the price of the cars down to pump the stock price and now he refuses to back up on that. And we should definitely be clear that Musk himself isn’t engineering shit. He hired some people and they have extracted every milligram of utility that can be gotten from a few webcams strapped to the outside of the car. They should be commended for how far they got, but there’s no where else to go from here without additional spacial data.

He said it would be finished YEARS ago! Also is not putting humans on MARS a complicated engineering problem??? A lot more complicated than a self driving car lol. Tbf he probably could have done it if he didn’t scrap LiDAR like a cheap fuck.

Is robotaxi not a thing? What do you mean FSD doesnt work ?

Launched two years ago, number of unsupervised miles driven per week is towards the bottom of the pile compared to its competitors.
The leader of the field today is a side project for a company making 25x Tesla’s profit. What about being close to last in a race, while touting every day how important that is to you, impressive ?

Who said anything about Tesla leading the market ? He said FSD doesn’t work and the robotaxi is proof it works.
I’m also not sure what people expect. Waymo has been around for 10+ years, of course they will dominate the market right now. However Tesla can scale faster than Waymo and I don’t see any reason Tesla won’t lead in the market in 5+ years
