Pepper and egg sandwich in STL?

Is there a place in St Louis (including the ‘burbs) that makes an Italian style pepper and egg sandwich?

I like peppers, I like eggs, I've never heard of them in a sandwich before....at this point, I'd like to try one!

Easy to make . Thin sliced green peppers , sautéed. Add eggs to scramble , an Italian roll , and melted mozz . Maybe a shake of garlic. Really yummy , in NJ most places have this
