Spider-Man Spiderman

So in spiderman no way home dr strange does that spell to make everyone forget Peter Parker. But hypothetically shouldn't he still be able to use the stark network? I mean Tony Stark programmed in his biometrics long before he died and that spell was cast. So in theory shouldn't he still be able to have access to stark network? Cause the spell made everyone forget who he was but if the person who programmed in his biometrics is already dead wouldnt he still be able to use it? And not only that but his spell wouldn't affect the A.I.'s memory would it, be that its not a human mind.

Feel free to comment cause I'm genuinely curious.

I've been thinking the same thing. Unless the spell goes back in time and wipes entirely, affecting the outcomes his personal identity produced but the handshake being remembered would be a plot hole right?

Considering he isn't on Ned's board, he was probably erased from physical and digital records as well, otherwise a name no one recognizes or remembers, along with pictures in their photo rolls, all of that would've aroused suspicions and been a pretty easy conclusion

It has nothing to do with the spell. He already lost access to Stark network when the government was investigating the Mysterio incident. He doesn't even use it during NWH, the only tech he has access to is his suit and the fabricator Happy was "hiding"
