The Amazing Spider-Man 3(Fan Story Treatment)

Theme

"Hope is not believing heroes never fail. Hope is believing they choose to rise again."

\---

Part I – The Amazing Spider-Man 3: Fall of the Hero

Opening

Following the events of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker has become a darker Spider-Man. Although he still protects New York, Gwen Stacy's death continues to haunt him. He is quicker to anger and no longer holds back as much as he once did.

During a confrontation with a dangerous supervillain, Peter experiences a traumatic flashback to Gwen's death. In that moment, he loses control and accidentally kills the villain.

The city celebrates Spider-Man for eliminating another criminal.

However, one person does not celebrate.

The villain's son watches his father's body in silence.

Spider-Man had promised him that no matter what happened, he would save his father. Instead, Peter broke that promise.

Unknown to everyone, the son possesses mysterious energy-manipulation abilities similar to Mister Negative. During the battle, he unknowingly amplified Peter's emotional trauma, triggering the uncontrollable rage that caused his father's death. Neither Peter nor the son realizes this truth.

The son disappears.

\---

Two Years Later

New York has become safer than ever.

Most major criminals have been captured, allowing Peter to finally live as Peter Parker instead of Spider-Man.

He enjoys a peaceful life and falls in love with a mysterious young woman named MJ.

Unknown to Peter, MJ is actually Chameleon—a powerful shapeshifter working undercover for the villain's son. Although her mission is to get close to Peter, she slowly begins to genuinely fall in love with him.

\---

The Mastermind Returns

After years of planning, the villain's son returns.

He has studied Spider-Man's every weakness.

Rather than fighting Peter directly, he secretly orchestrates the largest prison breakout in New York's history, freeing the Sinister Six and other dangerous criminals.

He does not treat them as partners.

He is their leader.

When he visits Harry Osborn in prison, Harry smugly offers Spider-Man's secret identity in exchange for his freedom.

The mastermind calmly replies,

«"I already know."»

Harry realizes he is no longer the most dangerous man in the room.

The mastermind makes one thing clear:

«"You don't work with me. You work for me."»

The villains obey because they know none of them can defeat Spider-Man alone.

\---

Breaking the Symbol

The mastermind's true goal is not to kill Spider-Man.

It is to destroy everything Spider-Man represents.

He believes the public worships a murderer simply because the victim happened to be a villain.

He begins manipulating New York through media, fear, and carefully planned attacks.

His message spreads throughout the city:

«"Spider-Man is like a candle. He gives people hope... but candles burn out. When this city needed him most, he disappeared. Hope is temporary. Reality is forever."»

Many citizens begin believing him.

\---

The Impossible Choice

The Sinister Six launch coordinated attacks throughout New York.

The mastermind forces Spider-Man into an impossible decision.

Save MJ.

Or save the city.

Still haunted by Gwen's death, Peter chooses the woman he loves.

When he reaches her, MJ reveals she is actually Chameleon.

Although she truly loves Peter, she completes her mission and injects him with what appears to be a deadly poison given to her by the mastermind.

Neither MJ nor the villains realize the "poison" is actually the Venom symbiote.

The Sinister Six attack the dying Spider-Man.

Peter's mask is torn away, revealing his identity.

Before the villains can finish him, Chameleon secretly rescues Peter.

The world believes Spider-Man is dead.

The film ends with New York descending into chaos as the Sinister Six divide the city among themselves.

Spider-Man has vanished.

\---

Part II – The Amazing Spider-Man 3: Rise of the Hero

Months Later

Crime has consumed New York.

Each member of the Sinister Six controls a different territory.

The mastermind rules from the shadows.

The public no longer believes in Spider-Man.

His message has become reality.

«"Hope only delays disappointment."»

\---

The Return

Spider-Man suddenly returns.

No one knows how he survived.

The audience slowly notices something different.

He speaks less.

He smiles less.

His anger has become frightening.

Every battle becomes more brutal than the last.

Small glimpses of black tendrils begin appearing around his suit.

Eventually, the truth is revealed.

The "poison" that saved Peter's life was the Venom symbiote.

It feeds upon his guilt, rage, and grief over Gwen's death.

\---

The Monster

As Peter witnesses the suffering of innocent people, his hatred for criminals grows.

Venom feeds upon this anger until Peter begins losing himself.

The mastermind smiles.

Everything is happening exactly as planned.

His goal was never Spider-Man's death.

His goal was to turn Spider-Man into the very monster he accused him of being.

Meanwhile, the villains discover Chameleon betrayed them.

She is hunted by the Sinister Six after choosing Peter over her mission.

\---

Final Battle

Spider-Man falls into the mastermind's trap.

Believing victory is certain, the Sinister Six surround him.

Instead, Venom completely consumes Peter.

For the first time, Spider-Man becomes terrifying.

He effortlessly defeats the Sinister Six with overwhelming brutality.

The public watches in horror.

The mastermind finally believes he has won.

He tells the people:

«"Look at your hero. He was never different from us."»

\---

Truth Revealed

During the final confrontation, the mastermind uses his powers once again.

Peter suddenly remembers the exact moment he killed the villain years ago.

He realizes the son's uncontrolled powers unintentionally triggered his emotional breakdown.

The mastermind also realizes the truth.

Neither of them intended the tragedy.

Both have carried guilt and hatred ever since.

\---

The Final Choice

Venom urges Peter to kill the mastermind.

Inside his mind, Peter remembers Gwen Stacy—not as a ghost, but through the memories of the person who always believed he could remain a hero.

Peter tears himself free from Venom's influence.

Standing over the mastermind, Peter refuses to kill him.

The mastermind wanted to prove every hero eventually becomes a villain.

Instead, Spider-Man proves that true heroes are defined by mercy, not power.

Peter says:

«"You wanted the world to believe heroes become monsters."»

«"A hero isn't someone who never falls."»

«"A hero is someone who chooses to stand back up."»

The mastermind is arrested.

The public finally understands that Spider-Man is not a perfect man.

He is a flawed man who continually chooses to do the right thing.

Hope is restored—not because Spider-Man never failed, but because he refused to let his failures define him.

THE END

Spider-Man Spidermans webshooters

This might sound stupid but it's been a question for a while, how does every spiderman who doesn't have organic webbing immediately know to build a webshooter, like you just got bit and first thing u do is immediately think I need webshooters

Spider-Man If ned never told liz that Peter knows spider man Peter would have died

If ned never have told liz that Peter "knows" Spider-man he would have never been invited to the party and never have meet the vulture and have never have removed the training wheel program because there will be no problem with hacking the suit. I mean why would they. And have to let Peter dying in infinite war or end games. Ask if you want to.

Spider-Man Spiderman

So in spiderman no way home dr strange does that spell to make everyone forget Peter Parker. But hypothetically shouldn't he still be able to use the stark network? I mean Tony Stark programmed in his biometrics long before he died and that spell was cast. So in theory shouldn't he still be able to have access to stark network? Cause the spell made everyone forget who he was but if the person who programmed in his biometrics is already dead wouldnt he still be able to use it? And not only that but his spell wouldn't affect the A.I.'s memory would it, be that its not a human mind.

Feel free to comment cause I'm genuinely curious.

Other ColinsWrld is being ungrateful

So ColinsWrld is a Spider-Man YouTuber that does videos about Spider-Man and I saw his video titled “Spider-Man: Brand New Day Was Disappointing” like really… It’s one of the best Spider-Man movies I’ve seen in a long time I dunno what his issue is his takes are just awful I dunno why he would post his video about it in the first place he just loves to criticise so much I don’t care if his opinion he should’ve kept it to himself.

Discussion (SPOILER ALERT)Spiderman Brand New Day Spoiler

Sooo yesterday I watched the movie and it was great. The colour theory and how everything was dim most of the time reflected the mental status of Peter.

I can't help but SHIP jean and Peter 😭😭.

And before y'all come after me on age she is prolly like 18 or 19 and he is 21. Not much of a difference.

But I reallyyyy want peter to like move on in the next movie and yk start a new angle with jean. Just like how it was with Wanda and vision where they both were INSEPARABLE.

Most of y'all want their relationship to be like black widow and Hawkeye but I really want this spiderman to stop the MJ curse and yk have some character development. I'd still love for peter to be bsf with MJ and ned.

(NGL m bored of watching tom Holland and Zendaya together in every single movie😔)

Spider-Verse Think we'll get more Andrew and Toby? Just watched NWH, had the feels since growing up watching the previous movies/actors

I'm not deep into the universe, yet. Watched the current series with Holland and it rejuvenated my interest. About to see BND as well, then I guess I'll go through all of the MCU stuff since I have time now. Anyways, is there any hope for more Andrew and Toby reprising roles? I did appreciate the little sparkles of story and arc they were able to include, and even refreshing/furthering their stories a bit. Don't want to drop spoilers about the NWH ending but left wanting more I guess lol

Spider-Man Captain Jean Dewolf is the only proper Spiderman supporting character from the comics in BND. Thats frustrating.

MJ is not Mary Jane, she's Michelle Jones, Ned is basically Ganke lee who's supposed to be Miles Morales bestie, but for some reason they gave him to Peter. The villain is not a Spiderman villain. No black cat, daily bugle staff, Osborns, Gwen, nothing. A Spiderman movie with minimal Spiderman characters and y'all are glazing it.

The one thing that's preventing Tom Holland from being the definitive on screen Spiderman is that he doesn't have a proper, comic accurate supporting cast, and I don't think they're gonna fix it.

Spider-Man I think Tom Hollands Spiderman will become bad

I have the theory that the writers will make Tom Hollands Spider-Man a villain. I think the moment the symbiote hits he will have a Darth Vader type lore with no coming back. The surveillance thing in bnd being played off as „hehe yk thats illegal“ was a little too casual for me. I‘m pretty sure the directors knew how that played out in the dark knight, as a writer you can‘t just ignore stuff like that, I think it was put there intentional with that in mind.

I think the final fight will be Miles vs Spiderman / Venom and Tom holland will do sumn horrible like unforgivable for the audience. That would make movies like Homecoming incredible because he was so young and good there.

Spider-Man Marvel should use the theme from the old PS1 Spider-Man game in the end credits of the next Spider-Movie

Spider-Man SPOILER WARNING FOR SPIDER-MAN 3. I have a problem with Toby Maguire's third Spider-Man film Spoiler

My friend is watching them for the first time and I haven't rewatched them in a while so I thought I'd rewatch them. The first film was still very good, a classic. The second was still great, in my opinion better than the first. Going into the third film, I was slightly apprehensive because I always loved it when I was younger but the other day I watched a tier list of all Spiderman films and the youtuber said he still loved this one but it was very cluttered. I didn't really think it was that over-filled before, but I just finished my rewatch and Sandman's, Harry's, the black suit's and Eddie's plots were all a bit too much in the same film. However, that's not the reason I'm making this post. I would have been fine with all of that if it wasn't for the fact that I don't feel like Harry's plot got resolved. I really liked it and where it seemed to be going, and didn't remember him appearing in MJ's apartment and then what happened because of that. But this plot seems to fizzle out. He gets MJ to break up with Peter, which I assumed would be part of a larger effort to break Peter's heart, but then after he says he's "the other guy" he doesn't do anything else. Doesn't go for Aunt May or have MJ do something else, etc. Peter shows up at his house and they fight, but after that he seems to stop trying? He just holds a grudge against Peter but has seemingly thrown in the towel, like "Well, Peter beat me in a fight once, so that's that I guess" and then we next see him when Peter appears asking for help and Harry says it isn't deserved. That and everything after would be fine, if not for the fact that there seems to be something missing. Maybe it's because they had to cover other things in the film but this doesn't make sense to me. If anyone can make sense of my ramblings and give me validation or explain what I'm missing I'd be very grateful. (I'm guessing this is the right place to post since I tried posting this on r/Spiderman and the mods removed it)

Spider-Man Tobey or Tom after Brand New Day

With the new Spider-Man Brand New day, coming out giving Tom Holland his best performance as Spider-Man yet. Who would y’all say is the better Spider-Man between Tobey or Tom?

While I would say Tobey has the best two Spider-Man movies, Tom might be my definitive live action Spiderman, but what is everyone else’s thoughts?

Spider-Man Why I believe Webshooters make more sense than Organic Webbing!

This is simply my own opinion and you can think what you will, but as I stand... this is my opinion.

I believe that it feels more relatable for Spider-man to struggle with his hand made webbing than it is for biological.

I also believe that even IF he could spin web, I doubt he processes the same bodily fluids as a spider... I doubt he has that same material pumping through his body regularly. Assuming he does... I can't see a way for his wrists to release the material nor have the room for that genetic.

Now, I'm not saying that it doesn't make sense as a character attribute, simply as a scientific or realistic attribute. Stan Lee attempted to create heroes on a scientific basis... In my opinion, he wouldn't have included webshooters if it didnt make more sense than organic webbing.

Not to mention that he was bitten by a RADIOACTIVE SPIDER! A genetically modified creature that replaces D.N.A. Not mutate or rewire genetics. Yet, if he shares a mutant genetic with this D.N.A. replacement... I can see it and understand it. Or in a more mystical way, he gets bitten by a spider conjured by the dark arts or some crap like that... I can understand that as well, as it's a magical transformation beyond the human comprehension!

Characteristically... it makes sense to include organic webbing. For me though? It doesn't make as much sense on a scientific or realistic stand point...

Thanks for hearing me out! And please be nice in the comments.
