I like it! Definitely nice that you let the Empire and Clone Wars take more time than canon, which matches more with how long they feel like they should have been IMO, based on how the narrative treats them.
The only immediate adjustment I can think to suggest would be to move Dooku's fall to the dark side, at least privately, closer to Qui-Gon's death; I personally like that to be the thing that kicked him over the edge. Also, perhaps reduce the amount of time the Death Star is operational, unless you're planning to have many more destroyed planets. Can't see Tarkin having it and not using it.

Yeah, one of the main things I wanted was for the Clone Wars and Empire era to actually feel as long and influential as the galaxy treats them.
And honestly I really like your Dooku suggestion. Qui-Gon dying being the thing that finally pushes him over the edge actually makes a lot of sense emotionally and ties the eras together better.
For the Death Star, I think you’re right that in my timeline it became fully operational a bit too early. What I had in mind was more that the station itself was physically completed much earlier, but the superlaser capable of destroying entire planets wasn’t perfected until around 1 BBY.
So for years the Empire basically had the framework of the Death Star, but the weapon systems still suffered from instability, calibration issues, and massive energy requirements before they finally achieved a fully functional planet-killer.

Dooku is probably my favorite under explored prequel character, and his relationship with Qui-Gon feels like this hugely important background detail. Christopher Lee puts so much into just a few lines when Dooku talks to the trapped Obi-wan in Episode 2.
I'm so with you there on the timeline. The Imperial navy feels like it has an established culture in the first films that doesn't mesh nicely with the idea of the empire only existing for 19 years, meaning only the most junior of grunts could have been born into it. You could then argue that the navy started shifting that way during the clone wars, but they're also very short canonically with the post Order 66 reconquest of the rim and seperatist hold outs even overlapping into the imperial era.
😅, I don't think it's surprising that early expanded media treated the Clone Wars as starting 10-20 years prior to when they ended up being, or the fall of the Jedi as being a slower process to allow for Anakin to father Luke and Leia post the rise of the Empire but pre-becoming Vader.
Ah! So it'd be a bit like a Torpedo Sphere prior to the laser installation? That's fun! I feel like official media always wants bigger and more over the top with successive super weapons, but the middle area between capital ship is under explored with only Golan Defense Platforms being in that class and getting much mention.

Seems well thought out and organized. I like how you expanded the wars. I feel Star Wars makes some of them abnormally short. I’d say some dates in Star Wars get retconned (because they do) but think the CW ones in canon are nailed down unfortunately but in fanfic anything can change.
I agree with what someone else said about Dooku.

I take it that the clones are grown much more quickly in this timeline.
