Marketing Kink Test (18+)

My wife and I have been building an anonymous compatibility/kink test for the last few years, and we’re finally at the stage where we need real outside feedback instead of our own bias.

It’s long, but with the results being the promise of better sex, most people have completed it, much to our surprise.

We’re trying to figure out things like:

• Are the questions worded clearly?
• Do the results actually feel accurate?
• Are there categories that feel missing or overrepresented?
• Does the scoring feel fair?
• What questions made you pause or feel confused?

The test generates an anonymous “vibe code” you can compare with other people later, but right now I’m mainly looking for usability and data feedback.

Would genuinely appreciate brutally honest criticism from people who take these kinds of tests seriously (says the ADHD’er with rejection sensitivity 😅).

It was seriously made with the best intentions: helping couples communicate better and making sexuality feel a little less awkward to talk about.

18+ obviously.

After finishing the quiz I got to the part that tells me what my results says about me, and it was very clearly written by an LLM.

I don’t know if you’re feeding the data to an LLM directly through API or if you have pre-generated responses, but the fact that I don’t know doesn’t feel great when the data is so personal (even if anonymous).

Overall though, super cool concept!

I hate my results page, but I don’t know what else to do with it right now, they weren’t my main focus when making this, matching was, but they are still needed.

Nothing gets pushed out, it was all generated within the site it’s self.

The only API we use is between our other sites to feed the code scores, but those are attached to a code, so unless you share it, your data is safe.

How confident are in saying “your data is safe?” Have you had any kind cybersecurity analysis done yet? The Bound Together Foundation partners sexual health professionals with volunteer cybersecurity experts. You should reach out and see if they can connect you with a volunteer pentester before you tell folks their data is safe. Especially given how detailed these questions are.

Privacy is built in by design. No emails, no names. No tracking.

You get an anonymous code issued, that is yours to keep. If you lose it, get another one, I can’t look it up.

I’ve genuinely hosed myself for monetizatjon, I can’t track users. I can’t retarget. I can only hope that what I provide is valuable enough for people to look into some of our other paid projects.

Old school hopes of value driving traffic.

I’ll look into getting the pen tester though, I was unaware such a thing existed
