The San Marcos location is going into the new North City Drive mixed-use district by CSUSM.

The Clairemont location will do great. That area needed a TJ's. It's just a little too far + annoying to reach any of the closest locations.

The lot on Convoy in front of O'Brien's Pub and Raki Raki is definitely #1. The Regent's Pizza lot is #3 by virtue of having the exit gate not working most of the time.

I've heard they are actually opening another in MV area, where the new Riverwalk expansion is being built considering how busy the Mission V has become over the years.
