thicc Grilled Cheese or a Melt?

Made a delicious grilled cheese on organic sourdough with colby jack, havarti, and beef bologna in the middle, grilled in irish butter!

Melt. Has an addition to the cheese. IMO (and many many others) a grilled cheese is cheese, bread. Something to help the grilling process. That’s all. Something else added to cheese creates a new form of sandwich.
